These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.apexcoretechnology.in (the "Website") and your purchase of products from APEXCORE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED ("APEXCORE", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Delivery & Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place an order.

2. Eligibility and Lawful Use

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract under applicable Indian law to use the Website or place an order. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information and to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Website for fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, unlawful resale, or any activity that could harm APEXCORE, another customer, a delivery partner, or a payment service provider.

3. Products and Product Information

We sell mobile phones, laptops, computer peripherals, USB products, storage products, consumer electronics and related accessories. Product descriptions, images, compatibility information, availability and warranty details are provided for general purchasing guidance and may be updated from time to time. Minor differences in colour, packaging or appearance may occur.

Please review the product page, specifications, compatibility requirements and warranty information before ordering. If a product is materially different from its description, defective, damaged or incorrect, the remedies in our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law remain available.

4. Prices, GST and Additional Charges

Prices displayed on the Website include applicable GST unless a product page expressly states otherwise. Product prices, availability and promotions may change before an order is accepted. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred.

Delivery charges, COD charges and any applicable remote-area or special-handling charge will be shown at checkout or communicated to you before the charge is applied. We will not add an undisclosed charge after payment without your express approval. If an additional charge is required and you do not accept it, you may cancel before dispatch and we will process any eligible refund.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order acknowledgement does not by itself guarantee acceptance. For prepaid orders, an order is ordinarily accepted after successful payment and our order confirmation. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an order is ordinarily accepted when we issue an order confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where a product is out of stock, a price or listing error is discovered, the delivery address is incomplete or invalid, delivery cannot reasonably be arranged, or the order appears fraudulent or abusive. If you have paid for a cancelled order, we will refund the amount paid through the applicable refund process. A COD order that is cancelled before delivery will not be charged.

6. Payment Methods

Available payment methods may include Paytm, PhonePe and Cash on Delivery (COD), as displayed at checkout. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and to authorize the applicable transaction.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

A COD fee may apply and will be disclosed before the order is confirmed.
There is currently no stated minimum or maximum order value and no general PIN-code restriction for COD, subject to service availability from the delivery partner.
No OTP or separate telephone verification is currently required, although we may contact you to clarify delivery details.
You must pay the exact amount due to the delivery partner when the order is delivered.
If you refuse a COD delivery or repeatedly fail to accept COD orders, we may restrict or disable COD for future orders.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched through available delivery partners for delivery within India. Delivery estimates, processing times and shipping charges are described in our Delivery & Shipping Policy. Tracking information is shared after dispatch whenever supported by the carrier.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an accessible telephone number. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather, public holidays, remote locations, incorrect address information, service interruptions or events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation at any time before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and you may instead use the applicable return process.

For prepaid orders, an approved cancellation refund is returned to the original payment method. For COD orders, no payment is collected before delivery.

9. Returns and Refunds

Subject to the exclusions and exceptions below, you may request a return within 7 calendar days after delivery. The product should be unused, in resalable condition, with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, serial-number labels and proof of purchase.

The following items are generally not eligible for a change-of-mind return once opened or used: mobile phones, memory cards and other storage media, software, and used electronic products. This exclusion does not remove your rights relating to a defective, damaged, incorrect, counterfeit, materially misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming product.

For an approved return under this policy, APEXCORE will arrange or bear the return shipping cost unless the product page or applicable law clearly provides otherwise. We may inspect the product before approving a replacement or refund.

For prepaid orders, approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval and any required inspection. For COD orders, we may request verified bank-account or UPI details for the refund.

10. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please contact us within 12 hours of delivery if the parcel is visibly damaged, the wrong product was delivered, or there is an apparent defect. Please keep the shipping package and provide clear photographs or video when requested.

The 12-hour reporting period helps us investigate carrier and packing issues; it is not intended to waive or limit any non-waivable consumer right. If a defect is discovered later, contact us promptly and we will assess the matter under the applicable return, replacement, refund and warranty process.

11. Manufacturer Warranty

Products eligible for manufacturer warranty are covered by the applicable brand warranty, generally for 6 months to 1 year as stated on the product page, invoice or warranty document. Warranty service is normally provided by the relevant brand's authorized service centre.

Warranty coverage generally does not include damage caused by liquid or moisture, drops or impact, misuse, unauthorized repair or opening, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, incorrect voltage, or use contrary to the product instructions. Warranty terms do not limit any rights available under applicable consumer law.

12. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for checking product compatibility, following safety and installation instructions, safeguarding account credentials, and promptly reporting any order or delivery issue. You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, misuse or interfere with the Website or its content, except as permitted by law.

13. Website Availability and Errors

We may update, suspend or maintain parts of the Website from time to time. We try to keep information accurate, but typographical, technical, inventory and pricing errors may occur.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Website, its text, graphics, logos, product content, layout and software are owned by or licensed to APEXCORE. No part of the Website may be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without our written permission.

15. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. We may share information necessary to process payments, deliver orders, provide warranty service, prevent fraud and respond to complaints.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If a concern cannot be resolved through customer support, you may use any consumer forum, authority or other remedy available under applicable Indian law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict a mandatory consumer right or remedy.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Website with a revised effective date. Changes will not retroactively alter an order that we have already accepted unless required by law.
